WHAT WE DO

TRANSFORMATION IN ENERGY STRUCTURE

Since November 2023, HOLLON has actively embraced the global shift toward sustainability by incorporating solar energy into its energy portfolio. As of 2025, solar power now accounts for an impressive 18.9% of our total electricity consumption.

This transition reflects HOLLON’s firm commitment to environmental responsibility and belief in the long-term potential of renewable energy. By expanding our use of clean solar energy, we are significantly reducing our carbon footprint and contributing to a more sustainable future.

At HOLLON, we are not just adapting to change — we are leading it, one solar panel at a time.

Climate Action

Mountain ecosystems are vital to the planet’s ecological balance. They provide essential resources such as fresh water, energy, forest products, and agricultural goods. However, these fragile environments are rapidly changing and increasingly threatened by environmental degradation.

At HOLLON, we recognize the urgency of protecting our environment and promoting sustainable living. We actively encourage our employees to adopt eco-friendly practices in both their work and daily lives — from using reusable lunch containers instead of disposables, to choosing green transportation options, and participating in local tree-planting and reforestation efforts.

Every small action contributes to a larger impact. Together, we can take meaningful steps toward climate resilience and a healthier planet.

Gender Equality

At Hollon, we are deeply committed to the principle of gender equality, as outlined in the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Women make up 70% of our workforce, and their contributions are integral to our success. Across every department, exceptional female employees play key roles in driving innovation, efficiency, and growth.

We believe in empowering women at all levels of the organization. Hollon is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment where women have equal opportunities to lead, grow, and thrive. By ensuring their full and effective participation in decision-making roles, we are building a workplace where talent and potential are recognized—regardless of gender.

Together, we are shaping a more balanced, equitable, and forward-looking future.

Rethinking Product Packaging

Packaging waste and pollution have become pressing global challenges, threatening both our planet and marine ecosystems. At HOLLON, we are committed to being part of the solution by embracing the principles of a circular economy—where packaging is not discarded, but instead reused, recycled, or composted.

To address this issue, HOLLON has devoted significant time and resources to reimagining and redesigning our packaging solutions. We have developed a science-based, forward-looking strategy that begins with reducing packaging waste, moves toward replacing conventional plastic materials, and aims to ultimately achieve 100% reusable, recyclable, or compostable packaging.

For example, in our pen packaging, we have replaced traditional PVC bags with mesh pouches and swapped plastic blister trays for paper-based alternatives. These changes reflect not only our dedication to sustainability, but also our drive to enhance the consumer experience through thoughtful design.

At HOLLON, sustainable packaging is more than a goal—it is a responsibility and a pathway to a healthier, more sustainable future.

We Are Certified and Audit-Ready!

Proven Sustainability Achievements

At HOLLON, we take pride in our long-standing commitment to certified sustainability. With over 10 years of experience in managing FSC®-certified orders and 4 years of experience with GRS-certified orders, our dedicated team is well-versed in the standards and procedures required by third-party certification bodies. We work closely with leading global suppliers of renewable and eco-friendly materials to ensure we meet the diverse needs of our customers.

Since obtaining GRS certification in 2015, we have seen exponential growth in certified orders—reflecting our customers' increasing trust in our sustainable practices.

Looking ahead, we are expanding our efforts to include new material certifications such as:

GOTS/OCS for organic cotton

OEKO-TEX for textiles and leather

OBP for ocean-bound plastic removal

Bonsucro for sugarcane-based materials

Our goal is clear: to become a recognized leader in sustainable material sourcing and certified production.
