OUR HISTORY

Hualong Stationery Co., Ltd. was founded as one of China’s earliest PP stationery manufacturers, covering 15,000 m². Transitioned from manual production to mechanization and established a domestic direct sales network.

(1992-1995): Registered the “JINDELI” brand, setting high quality as the production standard; sales network expanded to major cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Yiwu, Chengdu, and Guangzhou; in 1995, established Shantou Jielong Stationery Co., Ltd. for import/export business (until 2011).
(1996-1998): Implemented the 5S management system, expanded production lines with new equipment, focusing on efficiency and quality improvement; “JINDELI” awarded “High Quality Trust Brand” and “Total Quality Management Model Enterprise.”

(1999): Participated in the 85th Canton Fair Spring Session (first time private enterprises were allowed), securing OEM orders from over 10 countries, laying the foundation for globalization (now serving 78+ countries).
(2001): Due to rising orders, built the second modern plant covering 10,000 m², with production and warehouse space reaching 60,000.
(2002): Established Shenzhen Marketing Center with Domestic Marketing, International Sales, and R&D departments; expanded branches in Wuhan, Nanjing, Linyi, Kunming, Shenyang, and Lanzhou.
(2003): Rebranded as “KINARY” with a new VI system; achieved ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications.

(2004): Introduced Heidelberg 6-color printing press from Germany, added automated arch file and lever clip binder lines, achieving diversification and expansion.
(2004-2009): KINARY registered in 40+ countries and authorized overseas agents; won titles including “China’s Top-Selling Brand,” “Guangdong Famous Trademark,” and “China’s Top Ten Stationery Brands”; multiple products received “Excellent Design Award”; earned “Enterprise Credit Evaluation,” “Quality Excellence Award,” and Customs AEO certification.
(2004-2012): Partnered with international retail chains, passing BSCI, anti-terrorism, social responsibility, and FSC audits.
(2004-2014): Independently developed new materials and multifunctional stationery, earning multiple patents.
(2011): Fully upgraded ERP management, improving efficiency and sales 。Merged “Shantou Jielong” and “Guangdong Hualong” into a unified brand, integrating domestic and international market resources.

(2012-2016): Guided by lean management, formed an automation engineering team, developing automated production lines for dividers, envelopes, display books, accordion files, and folders to meet diverse customer needs.
(2018-2019): Relocated headquarters to new Huizhou site (66,667 m², with 460,000 m² facilities); moved Domestic Marketing Center to Guangzhou CBD to expand e-commerce channels (Taobao, Tmall, JD.com, Douyin, Pinduoduo, 1688, etc.).

(2020-Present): Fully relocated HQ to Huizhou, renamed as “Guangdong Hualong Plastic Technology Co., Ltd.” with over 400 production lines.
(2023-2024): Achieved certifications including BSCI, anti-terrorism, social responsibility, FSC, GRS, WCA, and BEPI.
(2024): Fully upgraded digital management, launching the “Kingdee Cloud Star” system.
